Phase 3: Playoff (from Jan - Feb 2018)
- Competitions in China, USA, Canada and Europe etc.
- Juries appraise the artworks submitted by competitors online
- Competitors ranked top will go to the final round
Phase 4: Final Round (from Mar - May 2018)
- The final round will be synchronously held in USA and China
- Competitors shall do an improvisational performance according to the theme
- The winner will get cash as praise
Phase 5: Post-Promotion (from Jun - Jul 2018)
- Cooperate with excellent partners to do the promotion council
